At She’s Luxe Hair, we take great pride in providing premium-quality hair extensions and products. Each order is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any purchases unless the item received is damaged or defective. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are considered final once shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your package by emailing shesluxehair@outlook.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once we review your claim and verify that the product is indeed faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement or store credit of equal value.

Note:

  • Products must remain unused, unaltered, and in original packaging to qualify for review.

  • Any claims made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

  • We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect color selection, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
