All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number.

• United Kingdom: 4–6 business days

• United States: 2–4 business days

• International (rest of the world): 6–8 business days

Lost or Delayed Packages

She’s Luxe Hair is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once an item has been shipped and scanned by the courier. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in locating your parcel.
